My husband and I have traveled quite a bit and never have we had such a bad experience in a hotel. The entrance alone is bad enough. To sumarize, the entire place was bad.

The staff was great. I had and enjoyable week end.

We had a group of ten young men from a Christian college choir who were housed at this hotel and we had wonderful feedback from them in regard to their stay.

They were treated well by all of the staff including a free shuttle to and from our church for the concert.

Further the hotel contacted the church to inform us of an ID card left by one of the young men wanting an address so they could return it to him and they also told us they had enjoyed the young men's stay with them.

This hotel is in a very good location for anything that is happening in the greater Syracuse area, Syracuse University, State Fair and many, many cultural events. We are glad to recommend it!!

I did not have any problems with my stay and I will stay again when I travel. It is an excellent place to stay if flying out of Syracuse. The hotel has free shuttle drop off and pick up. The breakfast could be more variety and cleaner, it had little bugs flying around the orange juice dispenser nozzle.

I booked a flight and I found that this hotel provided free car stay for two weeks. This was the major reason for staying there. I booked the stay, I was completely satisfied with the hotel staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Starting with the man at the front desk, they all had smiles. They had answers to all of our questions. They offered a newspaper free of charge.
