Okay
by a traveler from Philadelphia, PA
42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Nashville. It's a historic hotel, but the decor is a little tired. Arthur's is a great restaurant. The breakfast service, though, was not good.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Union Station - A Wyndham Historic Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

In 2002 we stayed in a different hotel also in Nashville for our vacation and after staying at the Wyndham there is absolutely no comparison. My 1st choice for Nashville will always be the Wyndham Union Station.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: Wyndham has raised the bar on future hotel stays. The feeling was extravagant but the price we paid was not. I felt bathed in luxury and loved every minute of it!

I am very likely to return to the Union Station - A Wyndham Historic Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I can't say enough about how friendly and personable the staff was, down to giving an informal and impromptu tour of the hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: The room was gorgeous and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and available.

I am very likely to return to the Union Station - A Wyndham Historic Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was interesting staying in a converted train station.

This hotel made me feel secure: Room service didn't go in when we had the do not disturb sign out.

I might recommend it to friends.

For our honeymoon, the hotel gave us a room with 2 double beds instead of the king-size we were guaranteed.

Poor
by a traveler from San Francisco , CA
53 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The staff was rude, and the hotel rooms were not very comfortable. It was not the 'grand restored railroad station' as I imagined it would be. It was cold and dark. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I am not likely to return to the Union Station - A Wyndham Historic Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
