The room was somewhat shabby, but not yet among those refurbished. The front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful. Once renovations are complete this will be a stunning hotel, but not yet.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The valet parking attendant welcoming and full of information about the hotel. The front desk staff went well beyond expectations to assist with dinner reservations and arranging the shuttle to get us where we needed to be that evening.

I stayed at this hotel as a member of the press. You'd think that they would try to impress, but several things turned me off to the property. The room's AC did not work properly. My room was left uncleaned for 2 days, despite my calling the front desk. The staff was less than helpful. My room service tray was cold, and they left the food in my room for almost 2 days (even though I became tired of the smell and put it in the hallway for them to trip over). Will not voluntarily stay there again.

The hotel has just recently finished renovations & a grand opening breakfast/lunch bash was on-going the first morning of our stay. The staff was attentive to our every need.

Our room was not properly cleaned/prepped for our second night. A crew was sent in at a moment’s notice. The TV was not working properly and it was replaced immediately. To get things fixed, all you need do is ask and the outstanding staff took care of everything. It was just disappointing that we had to ask in the first place.
