**HIDDEN: Reviewer never stayed at the hotel**
I have never actually been here...why? Because they have the most TERRIBLE customer service ever. They NEVER answer their phones, it goes directly to voicemail and then they NEVER call you back. Also their website has a link to request availability, however they NEVER email you back either. I wonder how anyone actually stays at this hotel when no one bothers to return phone calls or emails...VERY poor customer service. From this, I wouldn't want to stay here..imagine how they treat their guests? I guess their guests are ignored as well.....very bad business tactics guys.
