The management and another guest bent over backwards to make my short stay the easiest and most pleasant experience. I had a short time to cover a lot of territory in searching out my mother's Chicago roots. They were helpful with directions, worried when I was out during a freak storm and concerned when my flight was delayed due to weather. Her husband gave me a lift to a cemetery which was difficult to get to via mass transit. Another guest gave me a lift to O'Hare upon my departure. The room was comfortable, beautiful, safe and very clean. The neighborhood was old and gorgeous. The rates were very reasonable. It was a wonderful experience.
