I wouldn't deal with this chain again!

43 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We had two of our out of town employees staying here. The hotel’s credit card machine went down and was supposed to sort it out and run our numbers when it came back up. And since they never contacted us to say they were still having problems, the guys assumed it was o.k. to take off for the weekend. When they returned the hotel had taken all of their belongings out of the room and here I sit a week and a half later still not able to reach the manager. I've left messages and when that didn't work I asked the front desk when he would be in next, they said tomorrow, so I came down there in person to sort this out and he wasn't in. I'm not sure if our guys will ever get their stuff back.
