A 1.0 is actually generous. First off my room had ants and when I stated that I was not going to be staying that night(1 hour after arrival) they refused to give a refund of the 2 nights that they had already charged me upon arrival. They eventually agreed to refund 1 night and ended up not only not refunding anything but charging a 3rd night and later on a 4th and 5th! These people are thieves and the rooms have bugs. They should be shut down due to health violations.

Ok so me and my partner eloped and being on a budget we chose the tyrol motor lodge 40 dollars a night and yes there were a few other choices but from the outside it looked cozy the good things end there! We check in after a 13 hours drive and the office is nasty, smells horrible, is actually the basement of the peoples home! but we see the dining room and read great things about their breakfast so we give it a chance. They give us a key and we go to collapse into our room only to find it is someone elses room and we interuppted them if you get my drift. After a few choice words we go and get another room only to find people actually live at this motel! There is carpet on the walls the site says it has a pool which is empty no water and ti was mid august. It says there is a jacuzzi and there was none to be found there was not even a pop machine. Young and in love, we decide well all we are going to do is sleep here and we go to find a pop machine and there isnt one. We even find a resident keeps pet wolves. This is bad, we got no refund and did not have the money to stay elsewhere. I'm glad the marriage is going better then the trip!!
