When I walked into the room; I noticed the couch was all ripped on the bottom.

I did not expect that at all.

Then when I received my credit card bill; there was an extra $150.00 charge; I called and asked what was that on my bill.

They said it was for fumigating the room after I left because the smoke was so thick in the room.

I do not even smoke; the desk clerk I spoke to on the phone said there were witnesses to the smoke.

Very very poor business ethics.

They can charge anyone for smoking in a room when a person does not even smoke.

Never again!!!

It was comfortable, clean, friendly, and close to relatives we visited.

It was easy to locate on a main strip. The beds and the pillows were a little firm for my taste but not anymore so than other hotels I have stayed at. The room and the bathroom had little bits of paper strewn about but otherwise they were clean. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The shower was a bit weak on water pressure but the temperature was nice. The TV worked well and the lighting was good. The vending machines were well stocked but the one on our floor did not work so we had to go down a floor. Check in and check out were efficient and pleasant and the room was easy to find as the floors were labeled clearly.

We checked in after two a.m. and the front desk clerk was smiling! She was patient and speedy at the same time.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Those attributes tend to make me feel relaxed.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel because I got the room for $25 a night. I also enjoyed the hot guys that came into our room.

I felt secure because it was a good neighborhood, well lit parking lots. Close to doors and keys to open outside doors that actually work.
