On April 2, 1990, Donald J. Trump unveiled the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort. Unprecedented in craftsmanship and opulence, the awe-inspiring architectural masterpiece is filled with the finest carpets, chandeliers and works of art in the tradition of the world's most grand and enchanting palaces. Among the billion dollar property's most remarkable statistics is that the hotel have One of the largest casinos in the world, with slot machines, gaming tables, poker tables and a state-of-the-art simulcast facility. $14 million worth of German crystal chandeliers, including 245,000 piece chandeliers in the casino alone, each valued at a cost of $250,000, and taking over 20 hours to hang. 4 1/2 times more steel than the Eiffel Tower.

Hi everyone I'm 26 year old we just stay 1 night there at a grand a suite n it's not as nice as I expected n we pay a lot too. When we check the customer service not that friendly n the bell services didn't even come up to ask if we need any help while we stand in front them.. We try to talk to them but bunch of them seen to ignore us till like 10 mins later n they not doing anything either they wasn't busy or nothing just standing there talking to each other. And the most important one is that the room service people r not very honest because I accidently left my cellphone there n I call them bak they said they didn't find any but in the mean time someone call out from that phone at 1230. Which we already check out at 12pm. Very very stay not recommmended at all n it's my first stay there never come back.....

WE JUST CAME BACK FROM THIS HOTEL AND IT WAS AWFUL. FOR THE PRICE OF THE HOTEL YOU EXPECT MORE AND THIS IS WHY I SAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALL OVER. CAME ACROSS A FEW GOOD PEOPLE. THERE JACUZZI WERE (WHAT I THINK) SHAMEFUL. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A HOTEL LIKE THIS (PRICEY) AND HAVE 2 JACUZZI'S THAT SIT 6 PEOPLE AT THE MOST THAT ARE THE ABOVE GROUND, LOWEST LINE MODEL YOU CAN GET, AND ONE OF THEM THE JETS DON'T WORK AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAD TRAILER STAIRS TO GET INTO IT. WHAT KIND OF CLASS IS THIS. I AM AMAZED THAT TRUMPS NAME IS ON THIS HOTEL. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL THAT I WOULD THINK HE WOULD WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH. EVERYONE FROM RESTAURANTS, FRONT DESK, POOL STAFF, CASINO, AND SO ON WERE HIGHLY NON CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY HAD THE ATTITUDE THAT THEY WERE DOING US A FAVOR NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. FOR THE PRICE, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. I REALLY COULD GO ON AND ON AND ON AND WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS. I WAS READY TO FLY BACK TO FLORIDA BY THE 3RD DAY!!!! IT SUCKED!!!!! OH AND IF YOU ARE NEW AT THE CASINO LIFE, ALL THE PEOPLE WHO CHOSE A CAREER TO BE A GAMBLER ARE NOT HAPPY THAT YOU ARE THERE ALONG WITH THE DEALERS!!!!!!!!!!! ITS LIKE, HEY WE ARE HERE TO HAVE FUN, SHUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND JUST BY LOOKING AROUND CEASER OR HITLON ON THE BOARDWALK AND IF YOU DON'T CARE TO BE ON THE BOARDWALK THEN BORTAGO. I SEARCH AND SEARCH FOR THE RIGHT HOTEL TO STAY AT AND IT SEEMS LIKE I GOT A BAD ONE STILL.
The Taj Mahal was not a good experience. Upon booking over the phone, was quoted at a lower rate than what I was charged upon checkout. Additional services were billed to the room when that was specifically not what was asked. After leaving the Taj, ...

The staff at checkout was rude and the rooms were dirty and the buffet was horrible and I would never stay here ever again and bad experience and he has a new trump one card and so what and Donald Trump should be fired and sell his casinos and with...
pros: clean, lots of machines, good foodCrack down on children running through the casino. The machinces are to tight. When you can not get one point on a 20 dollar bill they need to loosen up the machinces.
