Mediocre
28 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was nice the room we stayed had a hammering noise off and on all night and kept waking us up. We did get our room changed but no compensation what so ever. When purchasing a drink next to Starbucks took forever and with 10 customers plus the wine was expensive and was horribe. Over all I think their customer service is lacking big time.

About the only good thing about the room was the ocean view. It was in need of renovation especially in the bathroom, where the wall paper was coming off, but not as bad as the bottom of the bathtub. Some good values and food at restaurants, but

Stayed at Trump on a Complimentary room and show offer; and had a wonderful time. The room very spacious. Accommadation was nice. First had a room overlooking the roof LOL. Then they moved me to the Towers, where I enjoyed the oceanview; along...

Mediocre

I stayed at the Trump for a cheer competition and felt that the service was not exactly good. The staff was extremely unhelpful and just plain rude to us.

Mediocre

We went to Trump Plaza in April as a recommended hotel for a cheerleading competition. I booked my team there relying on the Trump name and was extremely dissatisfied with the service and treatment we received. It was obvious that the staff was...

I loved the look of the lobby and the hotel staff was very nice...however our 1st room was disgusting...it smelled like dirty wet gym socks...we were moved to another room which was just OK.

Okay

My wife and I went there recently to see a concert. It seems that the Trump Plaza has lost its luster a little. It seemed that the casino floor was a hangout for all the bums. Seemed like it needed a total fresh look to it. We werent...

Okay
47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I just got back from the Trump Plaza and am very disappointed. I told the check in person it was my daughter's b'day and asked if we could have a nice rm. She could have cared less. They couldn't find my reservation because although they received it, the reservation had not been entered into the computer. I had reserved the room online. The rm was very dark, furnishings and carpet old. The counter top in the bathrm was peeling. I returned to the front desk to ask for a renovated rm. I was told the rm was renovated, when I asked when, I was told they were renovating rm by rm and floor by floor and the rm that was given me was the best rm available.

When we walked into the casino the age of the guests were not mixed but almost all seniors. The casino was dark and dull and lifeless. The restaurants expensive. One saving grace is Ceasars is next door. My daughter and I walked over and found life in their casino. The next day we went to the Tropicana for the Blue Mercury Spa for massages, which was wonderful. We found many restaurants, shops, an IMAX theater, and had a ball at the casino. The Tropicana was alive with people of all ages. I can't say how their hotel rms are but everything else was great.

Trump International Hotel in Miami is fantastic but don't expect the same quality in A/C.

Horrible
32 year old female traveling for leisure

It was the worst of any casino stay in Atlantic City for us...5-30-08

At check in we got there late, they had no rooms with a king size bed, so they offered us a room with a murphy bed and the lady at the desk said "if you have problems with pulling the bed out let us know" and that's when our nightmare began...

Fortunately the bed was already out when we got to the room but the mattress was so old and uncomfortable. The metal frame that sat on the floor had a broken edged where I kept on hitting my toe everytime I walked by that side of the bed (space is limited) the room smelled horrible. We tried to get our room changed but by this time the double bed rooms were also not available, we were offered a room at the hadicap section and when I asked if they were nicer, more confortable or newer, the lady at front desk told us that where we were staying was the renovated section so we thought we don't want to go worse and decided not to change the room. Well it got worse... when we went back to the room after playing and losing money, the lamp had no light bulb, when we layed on the bed it felt dirty and it was so uncomfortable my husbands back started to hurt and I was itchy all over my body specially my back so I checked the small sofa to see if it was a pull out couch and found nothing but discusting old crumbs, food of some kind and a wine cork so I went back to the bed. In the morning I had scratches from being itchy all night and so did my husband but not as bad as me, oh... and a back pain... It dosen't end here, He is walking and his sock got stuck on some sticky stain on the rug...The room was extreamly dusty... when he tried to iron, the ironing board would not stand on its own, we almost got burned twice while holding it so we placed two chairs on each end to hold it from falling...

I had a house keeping supervisor come to the room and see it for her self, she apologised and admitted that the room was in very poor conditions. I also spoke with a front desk supervisor and we cancelled all of our future reservations, he gave us a comp to eat where I asked for a milkshake and the milkshake machine was broken, the waitress tried to make me one by hand after telling her our story. The food was not great, just ok...

This morning we were itchy and now we have some kind of rash or hives and we hope it gets better soon......either way we will not return to the very dated rooms at The Donald Trump Plaza or "The Donald Dump Plaza"
