This place was the absolute worst. It looks like a run-down relic from the 70's, there's no beach, the restaurants were abominable, but the biggest disappointment of all was the staff. They were the rudest, most hostile "hospitality", didn't-want-to-be-bothered people I've ever encountered. They didn't just ignore you, they were verbally antagonistic and were visibly annoyed or apathetic if they were BS'ing with a coworker and you dared ask them something. The Trump One Rewards card never racked up anything. I even went to the desk twice. I blew hundreds of dollars and didn't earn so much as a credit for the penny slots or even a free keychain. The On Demand system in the rooms kept having glitches so you'd lose whatever movie you paid to watch then spend the rest of your stay trying to get them to take it off the bill. The bathrooms were old and gross with no ventilation. But the strongest warning I want to impart? Don't eat at the overrated Harborview "Fine Dining" restaurant. The service sucked, the hostess was a snobby bit*h and the food looked and tasted like it was being served to 90 year old convalescents. The only redeeming things were the decent pool and the good maid service. AVOID it! Pay the extra for the Borgata or a rent a place in Brigantine and travel the 5 minutes to enjoy the Deck at the Marina.

my check-in experience was horrible .... my room was given away .... I was forced to take a smoking room (My guest and I ..nonsmokers) room reeked... I was promised an ionizer to help clear the air ... never sent to my room throughout the duration of my stay ... lights out just the same never replaced ... I also was not in my room until after 8pm at night for the smoking room in which I did not request also had yet to be serviced..... my first day to a special occasion was ruined all reservations had to be canceled ...would not recommended hotel!!!

Always went Marina. Most of the time for Bingo.

Last time 2 weeks ago. they charged me $10.00 for valet parking.

I am a senior traveling alone about 60 miles. I will not park in the garage.

this was place is a dump...don't go.

The building and rooms are great. But seem that they are are not well maintenance and not well clean. Toilet was dusty.
