Tropicana Express Hotel and Casino Hotel - Page 1

Hotel room (5341) was clean but aging (traffic noise). bath tub needs replaced. Hotel help was very nice especially the lady at the wheel chair rental place. Wheel chair rental was reasonable($10). Wheel chair elevator to street stinks really bad like Urine/bleach need nose plug. Wheel chair exit door needs an auto door. When leaving was told to have valet attendant to return wheel chair for me but attendant was not there in fact had to call up my own taxi and return the chair my self (not cool). Would stay again was quieter than last hotel I stayed at in Vegas.

THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING ANYONE FROM THIS CASINO!! WE ACTUALLY HAVEN'T STAYED HERE SINCE IT WAS RAMADA, SO WE THOUGHT WE'D TRY IT ONE LAST TIME, AFTER HAVING COMP ROOMS AT AQAIRIUS WE GAVE THEM UP TO GET A SPA TUB ROOM & A PILLOW TOP MATTERSS (AS THEY ADVERTISE FALSELY THAT IS!)ONLY A FEW ROOMS HAVE PILLOW TOP'S ETC. WE WERE GIVEN A SMALL DISCOUNT RATE FOR THE SPA ROOM. THE GUY ACTUALLY LIED TO US TO GET US HERE, IT WAS REALLY A REGULAR ROOM WITH A OLD BED ETC. WHEN WE READ THESE REVIEWS WE SAW THAT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. WHEN WE CALLED TO DOUBLE CK ON THE ROOM THEY SAID WE WERE NOT BOOKED FOR A SPA ROOM. AS WE TOLD THE VIP MGR. SO SHE SAID SHE WAS MGR ANAETTE WHY WOULD WE CANCEL COMPED ROOMS TO PAY FOR A REG. RM? SHE WAS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, NASTY & IRATE!! SHE SAID" WELL THEN GO STAY AT AQAIRIUS!! SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTUMER RELATIONS SINCE SHE CAN NOT CONTROL HER TEMPER! SHE ALSO SAID THESE REVIEWS ON LINE "ARE ALL STUPID POLITICS." WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS CASINO EVER AGAIN!! WE WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT IT TO TRULY READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS & PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! SINCE THE MANAGEMENT ALLOWS THEIR PEOPLE TO LIE & BE RUDE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTEL!! DON'T BE A SUCKER AS WE ALMOST WERE!!!

We stayed there in February and were very pleased with the rooms. They were clean and bathroom very large. One thing tht I did not care for was buffet, however all in all would recommend this hotel.

We found our room to be filthy the bedding was not changed! the sink and basin was very dirty, our floors were not vacumed. under the bed skirt was dirty klennex and chewed up sun flower seeds. the room had not been dusted, the hallways were disgusting. we had a double room with 1 set of towels for 3 people.2 cups no soap and fingerprints everywhere, there was even a dirty toilet and womans product by the garbage! YUK I was very disappointed.

Room had a funny smell and bathroom looked dirty. The breakfast buffet was good nice variety of things.
