55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Hotel room (5341) was clean but aging (traffic noise). bath tub needs replaced. Hotel help was very nice especially the lady at the wheel chair rental place. Wheel chair rental was reasonable($10). Wheel chair elevator to street stinks really bad like Urine/bleach need nose plug. Wheel chair exit door needs an auto door. When leaving was told to have valet attendant to return wheel chair for me but attendant was not there in fact had to call up my own taxi and return the chair my self (not cool). Would stay again was quieter than last hotel I stayed at in Vegas.

Front desk staff female, was rude, very rude. It was our first time at this hotel, and we asked her several questions and she literally rolled her eyes and gave rude answers. We almost left then, but chose to stay because of the remodeled rooms and...
56 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The overall stay was ok but we had a few glitches. We were told when we made the reservation that we could have one of the newly redone rooms and when we got there they tried to put us in a room in the older part of the hotel. We also had our electronic keycard voided on Thursday which was day four of a five day stay. I had to go to the front desk and get new keys late at night.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Tropicana Express.
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
This was a cousins' reunion. We chose this hotel because it was Ramada and they changed hands the day we arrived. Family tower was loud, not very clean and the fire alarm went off all three nights we were there with no explaination from the desk. We ...
