female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We arrived on a Tues. We checked in, took our luggage to our room. I was in the bathroom when there was a knock on the door. Maintenance came and said there was a leak. We explained we just got there and he left. We went about our business. The next day there was a message. I called the front desk and we were told we had to be put into another room. We packed up our stuff and an hour later we changed rooms. The new room, you couldn't get the shower to work without ripping your arm off trying to pull the stopper. The water was such a low force that it took forever to shampoo your hair.
We ate at the carnegie restaurant and ordered 2 well done hamburgers. My bf's hamburger bun was swimming in pinkish blood. No waiter ever came back to check on us and ask how the meal was.
We always enjoyed the gambling and getting something to drink while playing. My how times have changed. No pretty ladies for my bf to ogle, they were middle-aged ladies.
The tv in both rooms were fuzzy. The second room was dusty.
The train was always a fun thing to do. But this trip, the sign said it ran on Fri-Sun. What a disappointment.
I am sure my next vacation, we will stay somewhere else.
We stayed in the resort room. Not like they used to be.
We arrived on a Sun, it took 45 min for our luggage to arrive in our room bell desk called us 3 times before it arrived. Went down Mon. morn for coffee walked up to the eclipse bar where 2 waitresses and a bartender were standing reached for a cup and had the waitress put her hand on my arm to stop me from getting a cup while the bartender yells out coffee is"nt free it"s $2, I told them I was more than willing to pay for my coffee but I was not willing to be touched or yelled at. Made a written complaint with no response. We took the shuttle to the outlet store, my mother is 85 and uses a walked,no help from the pickup driver I loaded and unloaded the walker helped my mother get out of the van while he sat in his seat. While leaving we decided to take our luggage down ourselves had employee stand between the doors and watch us struggle to get through to the other side. NEVER DID A WAITRESS SMILE. The only good thing was the buffet and under the stairs deli has wonderful coffee.

We booked a room in the Casino Tower (no kids!) overlooking the pool or pool area. They gave us a room in the Promenade Tower with a view of the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Everyone who drove around the garage thought they were re-enacting a
