Excellent
This is the best place to stay if you are looking for a great view and an affordable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean. I stay here every time I come to Daytona to visit my son who is attending school there.

It’s a very nice hotel and well maintained. It has friendly people and is in a good location. It represents a good value. I will stay there again when in Daytona Beach.
They were courteous, they maintained eye contact when speaking with me, and they answered my questions directly.

The hotel is great for the price. Nice clean pools, friendly staff and well maintained grounds. The beach location is good- quite a walk from the city center. Parking was good and well lit.

Mostly ok if your not particular about cleanliness. The room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in obviously a long, long, time. Thick dust, hair, nail clippings and sliding door wouldn't lock and microwave would not heat coffee even with 3 minute use.

We got a room that the locks didn't work, they changed us to a different room free of charge and it was great. They just need to fix a few things and that would be it. Very nice view, not a crowded area! Beautiful...
