The parking is rediculous, the desk personnel treat you as if they are going out of there way to help you, the room was ok but dated and somewhat dirty, we requested a rollaway bed and it had some kind of insects in it.

24 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Its in a great location, in the middle of everything. The staff was wonderful. Tugs restaurant and the Plaza Deli had great, affordable food. And they had very spacious rooms!
The rooms were very disappointing with furnishings that needed to be replaced and a cold uncomfortable atmosphere. We were overcharged for our room and unable to resolve the problems. We would never stay here againor recommend this hotel.

great place to stay, parking was a problem, hd to park by inner harbour and little italy, too far away from hotel. the service was good, but transportation to and from inner city was poor.
