Location.Asked a 2 queen bedroom, had 1 queen and a pull out sofa. Was not accommodating, did not had the room I asked. When I notified the front desk, they said check back at 4:00 and they would move us. Did see 2 rooms that would work vacant from...

The hotel was delightful. Joanne at the front desk was a real gem. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge and we were close to the inner harbor. Would stay there again.

Large Suite rooms and good location.Very slow check/in process and small lobby. Nice hotel, large clean rooms. Be mindful that check-in is at 4:00 and the lobby area is small and the check in process is slow, they had a hard time accommodating...
