Travelodge by the Space Needle Hotel - Page 1

There was a lot of noise and commotion with other guests. We were also awakened around four o'clock in the morning by a loud argument going on in the parking lot outside.

The room in the hotel was very small and the entertainment stand was too bulky and it took the whole one end of the room. They did not have a tub shower they only had a stand in shower. But their lobby was very nice and they had four floors and an elevator. The service was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable.

It was a great place to stay and close to where we wanted to be.

This hotel made me feel practical: The price was fair and not outrageous.

What a joke of a Hotel. I have stayed in many Travelodges and they have all been a good deal for the price, but this was by far the worst. It felt like a rooming house.

1- Big gaping crack in a window

2- Mold in shower

3- Stain on bathroom ceiling

4- Floor in room was disgusting

5- Door did not lock properly

6- Elevators were slow and very very small

7- Peeling wallpaper throughout the room

8- Pool was open, but not heated

9- Room was incredibly small

10- Breakfast was a very sad ordeal

The staff was pretty good. I e-mailed Travelodge head office and I was told I should be hearing back from the manager but that was almost 1 month ago.

For the same price we could have stayed across the street at the Quality Inn, had a full buffet breakfast, a 1 bedroom suite and had an indoor heated pool.

except for two of the gentlemen at the reception desk the rest of the employees, (receptionist, management, motel room cleaners,) no one seemed to care if you had a complaint, (torn sheets, dirty rooms, midnight and loud parties right next door) total lack of interest in helping in any way. I reported it to the main travelodge administrative offices, they said the hotel would contact me, no one did, I called the main office again, they said a "supervisor would be in touch for some kind of compensation. That was about 3 weeks ago, so far I have not heard from anyone.
