i give this hotel a 5 because for its price its a darn good hotel the praking lot need to be bigger lot of trucks park ther for the night there is a food lion next door and walmart is about 15mins away downtown is about 15mins the other way. some...
46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The whole experience was great!!! The weekday evening and midnite staff were exceptional. They were kind, helpful and shared information with professionalism all hours of the night and early morning. The maintenance staff were courteous and consistantly working both inside and outside. The heated indoor pool was actually warm and an absolute pleasure. I would go back and recommend it to anyone I know.
The rooms were better than most, clean and comfortable.

I went to savannah this year for my spring break. Finding a quality hotel for a college students budget was difficult. However this hotel was perfect. Located an easy 15 min drive right into historic downtown. Staff cleaned the room daily while I...
Rooms were spacious. Were told we were on the quiet floor (3rd). Kept hearing doors slam until around 2am. Noise from motorccyles and cars from the bar/restuarant next door kept us awake until 3am.

Horrible
disappointed about customer service, excessive noise at all hours of day and night, hair in the sheets, towels are rough, cigarette burns in comforter (non smoking room), pool was cloudy, and staff entering room when it said DO NOT DISTURB.
