Roach motel! The place was terrible! We were supposed to stay for 3-4 nights and we checkout by the second night. We reserved a suite and I must say it was the worst place we have ever stated at. When I turn the bed down the first night I found bugs on one bed and a spider on the other bed, there were also ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The tile on the bathroom wall was moldy. I also found someone’s’ underwear under the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink cabinet which was made from compressed wood was falling apart. Plus the blankets were full of cigarettes burns. My kids woke up with rashes on their bodies form either bed bugs or dust mites (pick one). I honestly thought we were going to get head lice from the pillows. The bedroom had no a/c only a squeaky ceiling fan the a/c (which had no vent cover) was in sitting area. Housekeeping never gave us new/clean towels, good thing we had taken our own. The carpet was extremely durty!!The only good thing was that they had free internet so we were able to find a better hotel. Also they charged the full amount when the girls from the counter had stated that we would not be penalized for checking out early! Now we are being told that eventually we will get a check mailed to us for the refunded amount owed!!! Spend the extra 10 bucks and get a better hotel specially if you have kids. I regret not listening to the other reviewers.
