We reserved a non-smoking room and got a smoking room, and were unable to switch because the hotel was full.

Travelodge South Strip was the worst place I've stayed in a long time. My wife cut her foot on a carpet nail that was in the room.

For all the commercials that they have, they need to spend a little more on their rooms -- they are nothing like the commercials.

The best part is that it was right on the strip, the hotel staff very helpful. The price was great compared to how much you would pay at a large casino like Ceasar's or the Bellagio. The down side was the quality of the beds, the AC really was not that great, but the room was semi-decent.
