Travelodge South Strip Hotel

The shower handles were not on.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check in guy was very friendly and informative.

The staff was super, parking was near our room, and the price was good.

The carpet was dirty from the parking lot. There was no rain to wash it down. You could shower than walk in your room and end up with dirty feet. We needed some plumbing repairs and the maintenance was right on it.

It is the older type of motels and looks a little run down. The beds were good, and the front office was friendly and helpful. I don't think I would return again. The A/C was very noisy, it woke me when it kicked on. There are better deals in the old downtown hotels.

It's in a very convenient location.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was central on the main strip, yet was much cheaper. You can walk to the other, bigger hotels and casinos.

The best part is that it was right on the strip, the hotel staff very helpful. The price was great compared to how much you would pay at a large casino like Ceasar's or the Bellagio. The down side was the quality of the beds, the AC really was not that great, but the room was semi-decent.
