Okay
Not the best area, but not the worst part of Shreveport either. Right off the interstate for easy access to downtown Shreveport. The staff were pleasant. The room was nice and neat, clean, although the building is a bit old/may need some...
the property was a nightmare. The rooms are filthy and the service was sloppy. Would not stay there again. It was in a very dirty part of town and no eating places except a mexican resturant that was not any good either.

upon uor arrival the lady behind the desk had an attitude because we were a few minutes before check in time. not a good location, but the room was very clean and comfortable. the bottom sheets were flat sheets not fitted but other than that...

Horrible
I stayed here on a business trip and just needed a place to sleep. The room smelled bad, and everything in it was dated and worn out. I almost went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. I would not stay here again.

Okay
This hotel is being updated. Was a nice room but we had booked a king smoking and was given a double queen. Linens need much, much improvement that was really the down side of things. Would stay here again. For the price was just ok. Wish there was...
