The motel was very nice. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff in the office and cleaning. Small parking lot on a busy street. Across the street from a very nice street mall. Pool and hot tub.

The location worked out very well for our family--so close to UW campus. Rooms were clean and quiet except for loud airconditioning unit. Rooms were very muggy but it was especially hot for Seattle when we were there. I would stay there again.

We found the room to be very nice and appreciated the little refrigerator and microwave. The only thing that would be even better is if they had transport between motel and UDUB.
Dark narrow smelly hallway, room was old smelly and run down, couch fabric was stained, towel bars torn off the walls etc. WAY overpriced. Same price as LaQuinta across the bridge in Kirkland which was MUCH nicer! Only stay here if you're...
pros: Good locationMy husband and I chose this hotel because of its location, but that's ALL it has going for it. We paid $139 for a "suite" which is just a row of old college apartments behind the facility. I wouldn't mind that so much, if anything ...
