Don't Expect Much Hospitality. Well, the location IS convenient. Evidently that alone provides them with enough business because the front desk staff could care less about otherwise running this motel. Hordes of smoking guests loiter outside non-smoking rooms having conversations loud enough to be heard inside the guest rooms even with the television at full blast. The passive-aggressive front desk staff was too timid to adequately address the issue. Even the "remodeled" interiors are marginal. The teardown must be running behind schedule because they obviously stopped investing in this property quite a while ago. Expect an Aurora Avenue motel experience located fifteen miles east on Mercer Island.
