The hotel is very well taken care of. I had a huge flat panel TV in my room. I got lost in LA at 4 am and did not know how to get back to the hotel. I called them and they helped me find out where I was and sent a taxi to come an get me. Hands down...

This little jewel of a hotel is in a perfect place and convenient for all amenities in the area. It is clean and well maintained in general. The staff are professional and I always try to get a room there if possible when I am in Santa Monica.

Pet friendly, although they charged extra.No swimming pool which was on my list of requirements. They did accommodate us, although my dog could tell where others had been in the room. Parking was incredibly tight and there was only 1 ice machine...

Location and parking.Very noise. Poor Breakfast. Good location and free big parking. No sound proof which -being in the middle of a road with a parking on the other side- you will get no quality sleep. Engines from parking and cars on the streets...
