The reservations woman with whom I spoke did not understand that the hospitality industry was normally expected to be hospitable. She was not interested in serving customers who had reserved multiple rooms for multiple nights. In a word - rude.
On arrival the bathroom vanity faucet was broken, the shower water valve could not be operated by my fairly strong wife. The shower head was partially apart, the toilet would not fully flush, the heater was extremely noisy, the shower ceiling paint was flaking off and many of the bath tiles are broken. The maintenance people apparently only knew how to use caulking for any problem, including re-adhering wallpaper.
In the morning the breakfast was ample but the seating capacity was not. They need about twice as many chairs and tables to serve their guests.
When I relayed the list of maintence items to the desk clerk he wrote none down and cared not at all. All he wanted was me to sign the receipt.
The parking spaces were uncommonly narrow and my car suffered its first parking lot scratch in five years.
No, we would not go back there or to any other Travelodge.
