39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We loved the jacuzzi room. My wife and I came to Reno for the rodeo, and that bath sure felt good after a long, hot dusty day! The manager gave us a room upgrade and the hotel had a shuttle van, so we didn't even need to rent a car. The Grand Sierra Resort and some restaurants were within walking distance, and we had a very relaxing stay. We're mainly posting this to say thanks for the upgrade, and would definitely recommend this place

Do not even consider this Hotel. Who ever owns it has no pride in there business. When I walked in my room I was appauled by the run down appearance. There was dry wall tape hanging off the ceiling and a bad smell. The paint / fixtures look 20...

When we arrived the parking lot was over filled, location was far from the main casinos, and the rooms were janky! The shower was broken for the entire first day we were there. Complimentary breakfast was cold cereal and packaged pastries....

Horrible
Unless you like filth, rude service and drug addicts. Seems it's a stop off point for local homeless. VERY bad neighborhood, and NO restaurants near by. LOTS of other places to stay in Reno. Book at your own risk.

Okay
our room was next to the pool with a patio. Wonderful location. Too bad the air conditioning didn't work, duct tape was around the sliding door, lock broken on door.
