Sorry...must have missed something... Clean property...but 264 had bed bugs... I slept on top of the bedding in my jacket... AND...refrig ran all night...we eventually unplugged it... Some outside fan also ran on/off all night...
Contrary to reviews, the Travelodge was not particularly special when compared to other moderately priced Redding motels. I was particularly disappointed with the internet access (wireless, but too slow to stay connected to my company's email system) and the hot, complimentary breakfast was NOT served at the restaurant next door. Vouchers for a small breakfast were provided for a Denny's two exits away. That made no sense, and I accepted the packaged meal the first day and skipped it the second, as it was plain silly.

The hotel had a good location, right off the highway. I was pleased with the friendly clerk. We came in late at night and she was alert and cheerful. We paid a good price.
It was easy to find and easy to get back on the road in the morning.
