Motel is a slum, dump, and should

removed from existence. The room they gave us was not properly cleaned, was not a handicap

room, and was verily big enough to get our walker in, with enough room to move freely.

When I talked with the front desk, I was told I should have reserved a room direct with them,

rather than going through a company. There were no drinking cups in the room, Lights (4) only one worked, and it was on the wall

where it was of no benefit other than to light up the room, no in a place where one could use

it for reading, When the Desk was told of this, They did come and repair one lamp by the bed.

This was a good value for the area and convenient to downtown, UNO and midtown. It was nice to get a discount at Perkins. There were some bugs in the room, but nothing too dangerous, gross or scary. I pretty well expected this for the value and type of hotel. It is a decent place if you are in town for business and do not plan on spending much time in your room and just need a place to crash.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was close to I-8, restaurants and midtown Omaha. I was not driving out of my way to stay there.

The location was good, but the service was not as expected. The room was quiet but the carpet in room seemed sticky. The maid service was horrible.

The front desk clerk was helpful! But the place was dirty and the hallways smelt bad. The rooms were ok.

We got into town late at night and when we called there for reservations and went there they were so friendly that we felt very welcomed.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We had trouble in another hotel earlier that night and switched to this one. They understood what we had gone through. The rooms made us feel very untroubled and we were grateful for their service.
