Paid for a 3-bed room that was on the third floor. Good price for 4 of us to share. The chairs in the room had no bottoms to them. The sink was tempermental at times shooting out water instead of flowing out. Otherwise than that, room was what...

The hotel was very convenient for me and my family. Very easy walk from the hotel to the Falls, Clifton Hill, etc. The staff was very friendly and we had a nice breakfast at the restaurant.
There was no exhaust fan in the restroom. when I talk to front desk he said: "during entire summer nobody complained about it" but I got the fan installed within few minutes and explained to me that he never got chance to install them. I guess he...
rooms do not look at all like homepage photos.heater barely worked. small cramped and dirty. could not fit family of 4 in a room. would never come here again. zoo is cleaner.

The owner and his wife did not speak very well and were not good on the computer. He jacks the price wayyyyyyyyyy up on holidays and was very rude when I questioned the price. He also somehow does not get an email booking saying they (head office)...
