I had my family stay here during their visit to Natchitoches. For the price, I'd say it is the best deal you can get. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly.

If you like loud, dirty and outdated you will be at home. The lounge is filthy, and the only thing diritier is the room. Just a step or two above a crack house.
But when the Christimas Festival comes, expect to pay like it was a four star property.

This was a standard chain motel. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. I will probably stay there again on future trips to the area.

This place should be shut down. The room had roaches, was dirty and holes in the bathroom wall to the outside. We stayed for about 30 minutes before changing hotels.They would not return a $175 deposit.
