First the couldn't find my pre-paid reservation, and after they put me in a room they tried to kick me out. The room smelled terrible, the cutrains were torn, furniture and bedspread was covered with cigarette burns. Very noisy outside with doors...

Paid more than I would have if I had not just checked in.There was nothing I liked. Very scary. I have never seen a worse hotel even traveling in Mexico. It had cracks in the bathroom sink, smaller very bad and cigarette burns on everything....
The bathroom sink did not drain. The sink had only hot water.The carpet was filthy. The wall socket was overloaded causing potential fire danger.They demanded cash for the pet deposit.There was yelling and fighting at 3:00 am. When we advised the...
