The stay was fine.The rooms were clean and convenient.The ambience was good.They took care of the guest and I appreciate them for that.Of course thay can improve upon the features.Still it is good for the price and the hospitality was also sincere.

A friendly hotel. I was to find a reasonable priced hotel, at the last minute, that would also provide a clean and comfortable accommodation. I had a fairly good experience at this hotel. hospitable. My purpose was basic accomodation and it served that purpose well and it is close to the airport.

Made our non-smoking double room reservation online and

inform our late arrival to hotel front desk.

Upon our arrival the lodge was overbooked and they accommodate us to temporary tiny room for children. Another option would have been filthy smoking-room.

Hotel clerk promise to sort everything out next day. Apparently, they did not arrange us an adequate room for the next days. Therefore we had to stay all along in the temporary room that hardly holded a narrow double bed. We understood this "chamber for kids" was nothing but an extension for another normal size room next to it.

I don't even bother to write down all the things that went wrong during our visit. However, guy who works night shift at front desk and the General Manager are worth noticing. They are very rude an perfect example of total occupational failure. Hotel staff should have some Customer Service Education and Training without further delay. Otherwise this Travel Lodge location wont suffer too long about overbooking.

Due an advance payment we stayed in this distortion of a hotel total three nights. After this experiential I would not recommend this unfriendly, noisy, chilly, smelly, cramped etc.. dump to any traveller!

Reservation made online was not in the hotel computer.

Rates shown on line doesn't match with the final bill.

High speed internet IS NOT free as advertised - Extra charges.

Room is not very clean, noisy due to the parking traffic.

Avoid room on the ground floor if you stay there.

Lobby Staff is not very friendly.

Staff is not friendly, rooms are noisy, not very clean, leak on the lavatory faucet was not fixed during my stay. Ads says free high speed internet, It's not true, I have been charged for US$ 21 for a 5 days stay.
