Travelodge Lake Park Motel

The hotel was very nasty. We requested a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. The sheets were not clean and the bathroom could have used a little work. My advice for other visitors is to find somewhere else to stay. I couldn't wait to get up the next day to go home.

The desk clerk had only been working five days and he was not trained to deal with any problems. The supply of continental breakfast items ran out too quick and the clerk had no intention of restocking, nor the knowledge to know how to do so. Due to a plumbing problem, all water was turned off for approximately thirty minutes with no notice to anyone while guests were trying to get ready to check out. We had stayed there once before and we were very pleased but this time, it was terrible.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We felt like we did not get our money's worth.

I accidentally left my pillow there on my first stay there. When contacted them, they had it in their 'lost and found' and retreived it on my return trip about 10 days later.
