38 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I called to check and make sure my room was held with my credit card, my rooms have been given away before. They said it was fine. This tops it all, when I came to check in 2 1/2 hours later they gave my room to a guy with my same last name. They never asked to verify an address or anything, and they never apologized but said they had another room. The bathroom was really disgusting and both of my kids said the pool was freezing (indoor one) and the chlorine was so strong they both got rashes. The pool was very dirty and even our room smelled so bad like chlorine my eyes were burning and my husbands allergies were out of this world. We had to go to Walmart to get odor neutralizer spray so we could sleep in our room. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
