Great location for many historical shops. Local places to eat nearby. Get to battlefield and new visitors center in minutes. Rooms were very clean. Easy access to parking lot. Good family value.

58 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The price keeps going up and I think basic repairs are not kept up. During our stay the TV's went out in one building; they did let us move to another building but it was tough moving all our stuff after being settled in. The staff is good though.
Every problem we had they took care of for us. The coffee pot was broke and they replaced right away.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Travelodge Gettysburg.
I might recommend it to friends.

There were ants in the bathroom on several occasions, even after we killed the ones we saw. The room was not cleaned and we had to find a room attendant in order to get clean towels and to give her our trash.

When checking in, the front desk personnel were making less than kind comments to each other in front of me about the guests they had checked in right before me. It makes me wonder what they had to say about me. The employees didn't seem quite as friendly as they were on previous trips. Overall, it was not too bad.
