Major shopping mall is just 5 minutes away, and the Boeing 747 and 777 factory, with daily tours is just 15 minutes away, and we're very close to two major hospitals. Golfing, boating, wind surfing, and fishing are all nearby. Pet Friendly, Dogs Only, 5.00 pet fee per dog per night. Someone 21 Years of age needs to be Present at Check-In.

Mediocre
Like: reasonable rates, friendly front desk staff. Dislike: smelly bathroom, mildewy shower, threadbare bedspread and carpet, deafening street noise, parking lot packed at night and difficult to park. I had to pay to park 2 blocks away.
