Travelodge El Paso Motel

El Paso was experiencing a large rainstorm, which is very uncommon for the area. Our room was on the lower level. The area started flooding and we asked to be moved upstairs. It was not taken in stride. We were made to feel we had asked for special treatment. I would not recommend this to my friends.

The room was a little small but fine. The desk clerk offered different room options to ensure we got the best price. The service was a little short. They did not act like they wanted to do anything for you, like it was a bother to bring towels or give a wake-up call.

It was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had when staying in a hotel.

Photographs of the hotel were deceptive, the agent was misinformed or just lied. The plumbing leaked, and the environmental controls did not work. All in all, a completely distasteful experience.

The room was not as advertised. Photographs and the description were deceptive and the representative either did not know or was deceptive as to the complement of the room.
