You don't find crackerboxes like this one very often. I suppose I was biased because of the odd smell in the hotel when we arrived but I found it to be a low, low budget hotel. The smell was not the pizza parlor at the front of the hotel. Cheap bed, cheap pillow. The only redeeming quality, the alarm clock worked. My goal was to get a cheap hotel because I was planning to spend my days sightseeing but I have now learned a lesson and will pay a little more to get a slightly better hotel when I travel.

This was just a place to stay for the night on our way moving to Oregon. I didn’t expect much so I wasn’t really concerned about anything.

The front desk person seemed to know little or nothing about checking anybody in, was dressed like a vagrant, and had an unbelievable sweating and odor problem.

The bed and especially the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The heating system was difficult to use to achieve desired temperature.
