50 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was supposed to be handicap accessible and it was not. It was also smelly and the bed linen was old and dirty.

I am not likely to return to the Travelodge Diamond Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It had great service. They had rooms late at night when needed. The hotel is close to I-44.

I am very likely to return to the Travelodge Diamond Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

The room was not at all wheelchair accessible. The bed linen smelled moldy and the bathroom was dirty.

I am not likely to return to the Travelodge Diamond Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It would have been a little better if they had someone to monitor and enforce the rules for the pools, but beyond that, we had a great time at the Best Western Diamond Inn and enjoyed our stay. I appreciate that they let us have the dogs for the dog shows in the rooms. Certainly, hope we were all careful about picking up after our dogs. We tried to be very careful in our group.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Travelodge Diamond Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms were safe and the beds were good and clean.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people were warm and freindly.

I am very likely to return to the Travelodge Diamond Inn.
