I was very happy with my stay, they had an excellent staff and a really nice continental breakfast.

I think it was a good value for the money. It was quality without extravagance that was not needed.

I was very dispointed in this hotel because we had to change room 3 times. The first time there was trouble with our toliet so they moved us. They moved us to a smoking room which I was disapointed in because they didn't even try to look. Then we were moved again to a non-smoking room because then they decided to try and look. But here's the real deal: I had two kids with me and both of them came out of that hotel with bites all over. It seems to the doctor that they are bed bug bites and they are everywhere. This hotel if very disgusting and would not suggest coming back, unless you want to sleep with bed bugs!

At check out, we were charged over double the price we were quoted the night before, due to an error by the clerk. It took almost an hour to fix, after much arguing with the staff about not paying more than the price we were quoted. When I called the corporate office to complain, their attitude was that as long as it done correctly in the end, there was no problem. I realize this is a bargain hotel, but I would think that customer satisfaction would still be important.

The motel location is near the freeway and several restaurants. They always have a friendly and efficient desk staff. They have easy internet hookup via phone jack on desk.

I was pleased with the economical choice I made.

The price was wonderful. It was forty-seven dollar per night. Our room was very clean. We were treated very nice and we were very pleased.

This hotel's location was convenient to the conference and activities we came to Davenport for, and the price was great for what we needed. There were a number of strange people outside the hotel, but we did not feel unsafe. The place is great if one is not looking to hang out in the hotel all day and if you don't want/need amenities.

The staff was nice, but there were problems with the rooms. The first room that I stayed in had not been vacuumed. There was dirt on the floor where I had stepped. I was promptly moved to another room. This one was a little cleaner, but still did not look like it had been vacuumed thoroughly. It was better than the first, so I put up with it.

Construction of the inn had been completed, and location is handy, both to I-80/US 61, and good restaurants.

They had a no-frills atmosphere; services were provided simply and conveniently.
