We are adjacent to the corner of Sepulveda Blvd. and Washington Pl., and about 1 block from the San Diego Freeway. We have a Family restaurant on premises. Excellent
Excellent room for the price.Outside was somewhat dirty in places. Room was nice, staff was friendly and helpful - great little space for the lowest price inside LA.

Rooms were adequate, excellent for the price, very convenient, parking a little tight, breakfast "chit" paid for about half of a good breakfast (hey, it's a help!) staff was helpful, will stay there again. Romms were a little run down but it's been remodeled since.
I had been staying in my room week to week and I came back to my room and all my belongings were gone. Management says my card payment at the end of the second week did not clear I was told so they dicided to put all my belongings in a bag and...

It’s in a central location close to the freeway. The room was adequate and as expected. For some reason management only wanted to give me two breakfasts for the three of us. They relented after some discussion.
