This hotel stay was really good and nice. Hotel staff knows what exactly to do for a guest. We could have missed our flight because cab driver didn't show up however the front desk staff provided us a ride through courtesy car to airport. That was really amazing. Also our kids were so happy with the fun cards provided by the hotel. Me and my whole family really enjoyed this trip. It deserves our money. I will stay there again.

It is a cheap hotel with unhelpful staff. I phoned and arranged for an extra bed in our room and we did not get it! On enquiring no one knew anything about it nor was interested, at least, in helping. If you can, stay elsewhere.

I disliked that the fire alarm went off at three o'clock in the morning and that we could not tell that it was a fire alarm. Also, there was no flashing light in the room. I am glad it was a false alarm, but I wish I had been able to tell either way before I saw a fireman in full gear walk past our peephole.

to return to the Travelodge Columbus.
I might recommend it to friends.

The front desk person was unavailable when I arrived with my group, was slow checking us in and disappeared as soon as we were checked in. There was mildew in the bathroom.

We stayed here only because the "dump" beside it was even worse, and this property was owned by the same guy - the room was clean, but the smell in the hallways was bad. Very basic lodging - good if all you want to do is sleep and grab a...

I called and canceled my reservations for this so called rat motel and they still charged my credit card for it and now ramada denies it is part of their company, I can understand why! They are crooked and filthy! Do your self a favor and dont...
