50 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I have had worse experiences. This place was better than most places I have been to in the Los Angeles Valley.
Customer service was excellent.

The telephone did not work during my full stay.

65 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This motel had non-functioning telephones the first day I checked in. The second and subsequent days the phones could not be used to make outgoing calls.
I am
not likely
to return to the Travelodge Burbank.

would not recommend it to
friends.

55 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I know the area and this place hasn't been upgraded for about 20 years. Cracks in the plaster and ceiling from the last several earthquakes and ants crawling out of the cracks. The room was falling apart; old fixtures and old shower. Yuck.
