reservation misplaced. The lobby was dirty and the clerk at the front desk dressed person did not reflect the image one would expect of a front desk clerk. The overall apperance was very run down and the pictures on line do not reflect the hotel. I have stayed at Ramada before and have come to expect much more from the "Name"
I am not likely
to return to the Travelodge Batavia.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They welcome my dog, which is important to my traveling. They are always friendly and helpful and willing to try to make you comfortable and happy.
When we checked in, they were very welcoming and we arrived right when the restaurant was closing. They stayed open so that we could eat and accommodated our pet so that we did not have to leave him in the room alone. They are caring people.
I am very likely
to return to the Travelodge Batavia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I went to this hotel and got a low rate, and I got what I paid for. The bed had dirty sheets, the floor had food all over, and there was an awful smell. Old coffee was left in the pot, it was just gross! I wanted my money back and was given attitude about it. They had terrible service and a terrible hotel!
pros: noneIn March/06 my husband and I stayed at this hotel for the night. When we checked out the next morning, I left my two pillows behind. I called them the minute we returned home and explained what happened. 2 months and numerous calls...

The hotel was easy to get to, right off the thruway. The room was kind of dirty, lots of dust. The room was also very small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We were down the hall from the bar, and that was very loud until the early morning hours
I liked the wonderful personnel. My room's heater needed to be thrown out and replaced for the knocking, but they were made aware of it and promised to look into it.
