Located in the downtown area and just a 5 minute drive from the inner harbor. The rooms are clean, and some are very spacious with 2 king size beds. They are equipped with all the essentials. There's a free shuttle which is really useful if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, there is free parking. Guests here also get free access to Victoria's largest gym, Phoenix Gym. The hotel is sitaued close to two main roads in Victoria so there's easy access to other cities in the area. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help.

First I couldn't get in to build because key card didn't work on side door. I had to walk around back to get in. There was a whole in the wall in the bath room. I decide to take a nap when I arrived and there was whole in the sheet, looked like it was from cigarette burn. My second day there the maid came by to ask if i needed any I asked for more towels. She said she would bring them back later they were in washing them. I stepped out for 5 hours, still no towels. So I called the front desk and had to go get the towels myself. Walls are thin you can hear every door close and every coversation in hall. Good thing I'm a heavy sleeper.
