We did not have to evacuate for a fire. This hotel lack most all redeeming qualities.“We requested a non-smoking room, clarified this upon registering, and were assured we were in a non-smoking room. Where were we placed? In a smoking room above the...
54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Our room was very, very small. The furniture was old, chipped and filthy. Both side chairs were stained and dirty. The bedding was old and very used. Our first night I was prevented from taking a bath because of the soap scum ring. The carpet needed cleaning, heck, vacuuming would have helped. The air conditioning is controlled by management, not individual to each room, and is inadequate. When we opened the windows the street and pool sounds were very loud, enough too prevent restful sleep or watching television. Last but, not least the restaurant food sucked. Warm salad and mushy pasta. I knew the accomdations were modest but, I still expected clean.
We were guaranteed a checkin time of 3pm. At 4pm we were checked in...to the wrong type of room reserved!! Had to make a big stink about it to finally get the room we reserved and paid for. The bathtub was grimy, the vent in the ceiling in the...

“I paid 55 USD for a 49.95 CND room and cannot get the difference. I didn't sleep well because it's too noisy. I can clearly hear the conversation from next door and also feels like an elephant live in the room above me. My baby woke up and cried...
