56 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Made reservation online, because I couldn't get a hold of them by phone,,tried making call the next day to confirm my reservation and still there was no answer,, When I got there, The guy at the front was hard to understand and he charged me more than what I saw online,,I stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem , but I guess he saw that I was by myself and decided to give me a hard time,,I will not stay at this place again,,they need to have somebody there that we can understand , the guy also missed with my bank card , i asked him not to miss with it and it just kept missing with it,, Told him I never had any problems with my card before and he didn't seem to understand,,,
