20 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was OK the first night, but the next evening, two black men came knocking at the door while I was alone watching Situation Room, it was a rather nice edition. I locked the deadbolt as I had no clue who they were, and it was around 1:30. They went away, however, as the two people I was unfortunately staying with returned from smoking Hookah in Tempe, their Cabby called them and said that two people climbed through the window to our next door neighbors room. It was at that time, calling the cabby back after 14 minutes, that we heard gunshots across the street. We were done, and went to a Motel 6 on North Sweetwater. It wasn't much better, as once again, the room was almost broken into. The cabby told us stories of people he had to pick up from that motel after having their doors kicked down by armed men. REALLY SAFE. THANK YOU TRAVELOCITY FOR ALMOST GETTING US SHANKED! : )

If the word "dump" was attached to a hotel, this would be the one! They overcharged my credit card after we left, the rooms were unclean, and the condition of the beds were worse.
Even the location was sleazy, right in the middle of a red-light district. If you want a "Cheap" room, then this place is for you.
